Welcome to my new website

Many of us over 60 are counted out when part-time jobs come up despite our collective wisdom and abilities.

To counter some of this prejudice I have dispensed with sending my CV and have instead created The Complete Picture, an animated ninety second overview of my life to date @ https://vimeo.com/223960456.

Britain's Broken Society Volume 1

You could have:

** Booked to go to the BBC Proms (sold out again) at the RAH to listen to a captivating evening celebrating Stephen Sondheim's 80th birthday and what a treat it was - or watched it on BBC2

** Travelled to Trent Bridge to see an engrossing sell-out Test Match between England and Pakistan - or you could have caught it on SkyHDTV1 on Channel 408

** Bought tickets to Europe's second finest city - Barcelona - to count the endless medals the GB team was winning in the European Championship (16 and counting) or found it on Eurosport HDTV Channel 412 on Sky; not sold out either!!

** Taken in South of The Border, Oliver Stone's friendly documentary on things South American at Leicester Square's Empire Cinema

** See St Helen's pip Warrington 26-24 (as 13,000 did) in SuperLeague or caught it on SkyHDTV1

I know you'd have to save up to do most of these options but clearly many people do..................

But the idea that somehow the UK is a broken society and needs a Big Idea.....please.........
