I went up to Oxford to see Colin Smith who has won so many medals at Rowing that for such a slight man it is remarkable - including Olympic silver - but he has also been President of the Oxford Boat Club.

We had a couple of hours chatting and he showed me his start up - www.tradechase.com - which has legs already....
