There is a simple solution to MPs pay. Roll their "Allowances" into their salaries. There would then be no need for the wretched IPSA (cost £6m). MPs would still have to make available the costs of their local offices.
Every time an independent review suggests MPs pay should go up, the PM or his lapdog comes on hard to slap it down. MPs work between 80-100 hours a week most are generous with their time and resources.
They are simply under valued.
